This position will help us strengthen relationships with top sponsors, brands, and event organizers, ensuring our clients gain maximum exposure and success. Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage top talent in diffrent combat sport disciplines, including MMA and boxing.

• Negotiate contracts, sponsorship deals, and media opportunities on behalf of athletes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and event organizers.

• Guide athletes in making career decisions that align with their long-term goals while fostering personal development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless promotion and representation of talent.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sports talent management, athlete representation, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing high-value deals for athletes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.

• Ability to manage multiple athletes and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

• No college degree is necessary—your network and experience working with athletes are what matter most.
