Responsibilities

• Develop and Manage Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact sponsorships with brands aligned with our clients’ values in sports, fashion, and entertainment.

• Strategic Outreach and Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, maintaining alignment with our brand’s goals and values.

• Collaborate on Brand Campaigns: Work cross-functionally to craft and execute campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement across digital and experiential platforms.

• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze partnership metrics, leveraging data insights to refine strategies, optimize partner ROI, and achieve agency goals.

• Drive Sponsorship Initiatives: Lead sponsorship initiatives that embody our core values of creativity, professionalism, and innovation, creating partnerships that resonate on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in sponsorship management, brand partnerships, or related fields.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a passion for fostering valuable connections.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and data analysis tools for tracking and optimizing partnership performance.
