As the Director of Sports, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our sports division, driving strategy, managing talent relationships, and ensuring the athletes we represent receive the best opportunities for growth and success. You’ll have a direct role in shaping how we handle sponsorship deals, media engagements, and personal branding for top-tier athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sports division, managing all aspects of athlete representation, from contract negotiations to career development.

• Build and maintain relationships with athletes, sports teams, brands, and sponsors to secure opportunities for our clients.

• Collaborate with PR, branding, and media teams to create comprehensive strategies that promote athletes in new and innovative ways.

• Oversee the negotiation of sponsorship, endorsement, and media contracts to ensure the best deals for our athletes.

• Stay current on industry trends, ensuring that One Dream stays ahead in representing athletes in both traditional sports and new media spaces like esports.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the sports division, attracting new clients and expanding into new markets.

• Act as a mentor and leader to the sports representation team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in athlete representation, sports management, or a related field.

• Strong network within the sports industry, including connections with teams, sponsors, and media outlets.

• Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of securing top-tier contracts and opportunities for athletes.

• Ability to develop long-term career strategies for athletes, helping them succeed beyond their playing careers.

• Familiarity with sports branding, PR, and social media strategy.

• No college degree is necessary—your experience and industry connections matter most to us.
